Les exercices sont appropri\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode de grossesse permettant d\u2019accompagner les changements du corps et de diminuer certaines douleurs sp\u00e9cifiques de la grossesse\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Pilates permet \u00e0 la maman de porter une attention particuli\u00e8re vers le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e\u00a0; rep\u00e9rer les sensations de contractions et de d\u00e9tente de ce dernier est essentiel pour favoriser et facilit\u00e9 l\u2019accouchement naturel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A cette prise de conscience du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e y est associ\u00e9e la respiration et ce lors de chaque mouvement du corps durant la le\u00e7on de Pilates.
